Meet Rory, a 2-year-old female lab mix ready to find her forever home! This lovable girl is bursting with energy, playfulness, and an insatiable love for snuggles.
Rory was rescued from a situation where her previous owners were prepared to euthanize her because they couldn't take care of her and didn't feel they could wait for a surrender window to open up at a shelter. She was saved by a compassionate vet tech who knew she deserved a second chance. Now, she’s thriving in our rescue and is eager to find a loving family.
Though she didn’t receive much training as a puppy, Rory is a quick learner and a good listener. She’ll benefit from some guidance and structure. She can be a little clumsy and unaware of her surroundings, so a home without young children or anyone who she might accidentally knock over would be ideal.
Rory gets along well with cats and other dogs but could use some help learning doggy manners, especially with other animals who aren’t quite in the mood to play. Rory was likely abused in the past, so she may need a little time to trust new people, particularly men, but once she feels safe, she’ll shower you with love and affection.
Rory is spayed, vaccinated, and fully vetted, ready to embark on a new adventure with a caring family. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will fill your home with joy and cuddles, Rory is the girl for you!
