Roscoe was found as a stray, and while we're still getting to know him, one thing is clear-he loves making new dog friends! He's a happy-go-lucky boy who's eager to please, but he hasn't had much training yet, so he's still learning his manners. With his playful personality and tons of love to give, Roscoe would be a great fit for someone who's ready to help him grow and thrive.
