If Roscoe had been in High School, he would have been Mr. Congeniality and probably Valedictorian too. He has a huge personality, loves people and knows no stranger and is very smart on top of that. What more can you ask for! This young man is an all around super star. Why he found himself without a home is a mystery, but we will certainly make sure we will find him the best one ever for the rest of his life. Can it be yours?
