Rose aka Rosey Posey
Adopted
Breed
Great Pyrenees & Australian Cattle Dog / Blue Heeler Mix
Rose says…
2025 will be MY YEAR!!
We are in the process of listening all of our longest residents and their adoption fees are reduced. While they are reduced we will still be looking for the best forever home!
We just sent off her Embark DNA test, but I did include her brother’s so you can get an idea!! As soon as we get hers back we will update!!
All of her siblings were adopted in 2024 (all three of them!) and they were all BIGGER than her so we honestly thought she would get adopted first since larger dogs have not been very high in demand. Rose has been on four meet and greets this year, but they wanted something bigger!!
Rosey Posey is roughly 70 pounds.
But her siblings were 80+ pounds and much taller.
•Rose is much more shy
•Wants to be with her person
•She has the zoomies when she is excited
•She’s super comical once she relaxes and knows you
•Rose is obsessed with fetch (she played for three hours yesterday!)
•If you want a run buddy… ROSE IS YOUR GIRL
•She is mini pig and horse safe
BUT she is terrified of ••chickens••
••She doesn’t know what to think about cats just yet••
•UTD on all shots/rabies
•Heart worm negative & on prevention
•Spayed
•House broken & kennel trained
•Now she will talk if she doesn’t think you are giving her enough attention or she has to potty•
——Do you have a hound or another talker? If so, they will talk all day! How do we know?! We have a hound••and they do non-stop—-
•Family friendly (she has been around a two month old, 2 & 3 year old, 12 year old, adults and seniors)
••One of her FAVORITE things to do is watch movies while cuddling up on the couch under a blanket soaking up all the lovings ** She can never get enough love!
**Rose does come to work with me so she’s use to meeting people!
—-She is also use to wearing her seatbelt—
Rosey Posey gets nervous on car rides and has become spoiled by someone riding in the back seat with her (I apologize). She also doesn’t like jumping up in my jeep (we think because it’s lifted) so I have to pick her up to put her in, BUT she doesn’t hesitate to attempt to jump on anything else!
