Meet Rosie! Rosie is an 85-pound bundle of love and energy looking for her forever family! This playful girl thrives outdoors and lives for a good game of fetch. She's happiest when she's around other dogs, whether it's at doggie daycare, the dog park, or just hanging out with furry friends. She's also curious about catsshe tries to play with them, but her enthusiasm isn't always appreciated! (She doesn't quite realize her size!) Overall, she is an affectionate, adventurous pup who loves walks, car rides, and spending time with her people. She is great with adults and older kids/teenagers, but due to her size and energy, she might accidentally knock over the little ones. She's house- and crate-trained but still working on sleeping in past 4 a.m. (we think an active family could help tire her out for longer snoozes). Rosie loves her toys, especially tennis balls and durable Kongs. Plush toys? They don't stand a chance! She enjoys zooming around the yard and would do best with a fenced-in space to run off her bursts of energy. After a few laps, she's ready to relax and chill. She is just around a year old, and while we aren't sure of her breed mix, we're guessing there's some Pyrenees and probably border collie in there somewhere! These breeds (especially together!) are not for novice dog owners or the faint of heart; she will require a family who is committed to continuing her socialization, training and active lifestyle.
