Appointment will be scheduled through Grass Roots Rescue, and must be completed by April 30, 2025 as a condition of adoption. The locations to choose from are Dover, Georgetown, or Wilmington. Foster to adopt family must live within 1 hour of Delaware to ensure she can be brought back for her appointment. Rowdy lives up to her name, but don't let that stop you - she's the sweetest little tropical storm you'll ever have the pleasure of meeting. Spunky and confident, she boldly ventures where (she assumes) no other pup is brave enough to go. No dog is too large, no shadows beneath a table too deep, no her-sized skein of yarn too intimidating to sink her little puppy teeth into. Scoop her up though, and she melts right into your arms like putty, just happy to be cradled close. She's a bit like a princess in that way, but it just adds to her charm. She certainly gives her foster plenty of reasons to laugh day in and day out with her antics.
