Hi! My name is Ruby! I'm a 2.5 year old boxer/lab mix that was rescued from a shelter where my life was at risk due to space. I was heartworm positive putting me at the top of the list for euthanasia- thankfully a foster stepped up so that my life could be saved! Now my treatment has been completed and I'm ready to find my forever family! From day one, I've been enjoying playing with my foster family! We run around and play all day! I love to meet new people and need to work on not tugging on my leash when I see new friends!! But other than that I'm really good on a leash! I'm working on how to 'alert' my foster mom when I have to go outside. But so far I'm really good at going potty outside! I've never been around cats so not sure how I'd be around them.
