Rue

RUE ?? Female black lab mix. She is leash trained, ball chasing, lower energy, and exceptionally well potty trained girl. Rue is such a lovely and easy going girl and we've gotten to know her well since FOAC rescued her. She enjoys walks outside and does very well on leash. She doesn't pull and she seems to have a good amount of prior leash training. She prefers walking and sniffing and enjoying the outdoors as opposed to running, so we think she would be a wonderful companion for a large group of prospective adopters. Rue's labrador retriever shines through and she eagerly fetches balls and releases them to us for more play. She also loves playing in the water. Our volunteers take her to a nearby creek and she happily goes into the water and puts her entire face under water to see what's underneath the surface. In her kennel, she does not always appreciate other dogs coming near, however she's been pack-walked by our volunteers with other FOAC dogs and given proper introductions she does very well with them. Rue's beautiful brown eyes will melt your heart. Reach out to meet her for fostering or adoption ??
