My Story

Sadie Mae, affectionately called Buggie or Sadie Bug, is a 19-month-old Staffy/Beagle mix and the biggest love bug we know. Buggie loves her butt scratches, anything outdoors, giving hugs, and all her chew toys. She loves to show off all her tricks like sit, shake, lay down, and high-five. Bug kennels up nicely every night, and will go take naps there when her humans are busy as well. She is still learning boundaries while home alone and unsupervised. Bug would like to go on at least 1 walk a day if not 2. Buggie would especially enjoy a home that lets her on the furniture so she can cuddle up to her people. She is not a background character and will let you know when she wants a hug or attention. She enjoys being with her people for the majority of the day and what dog wouldn’t. Buggie takes her time to warm up to strangers . Bug is a bigger girl who would do well with sturdier children as she’s learning to love people more gently. Buggie loves: butt scratches, giving hugs, being on furniture, ice cubes, being outdoors, walks, the dog park, toys, napping in kennel when we’re busy, December 23 2022 is her birthday. Buggie does not love: fireworks(but can be persuaded on furniture). Big heart big paws big tongue. She knows: kennel, shake, sit, lay down, high five Sadie Mae is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. Please click link below for an adoption application.
