Meet our slightly older lady, Saga., She is about 7 years old, and that makes her a senior, even though she may not look it or act like it. Saga came in with a skin bacterial infection, hence the loss of hear on her underbelly. She is very much on the mend and is a very sweet lady and was calm when I met her. Senior dogs are some pups that are at highest risk in a shelter that is extremely overcrowded. We are literally out of space. Life and death decisions are being made because of this overcrowding situation. Please help us save lives, by adopting, fostering or donating to the Friends of Bedford County Animal Shelter, Inc. to help us with off site boarding, food and medical expenses
Saga weighs in at a little over 60 pounds, and has such a beautiful face and mask, don't you think? She just needs to find her forever family. You could be that family. She has lots of life to live and love to give.
A meet and greet is required with any other dogs in the family.
Please consider saving a life by adopting our sweet lady Saga. She needs some love an attention like so many others in our very overcrowded shelter. Adoptions free up space that another dog can take, so you are saving two lives.
