Sally

Sally needs extra time to get to know new people, but she is worth every second! She is loyal, loving, and very attached to "her humans." Sally is a 3 year old Border Collie mix. She came into the rescue from an abusive background, so she is often nervous and shy at first with new people and situations. But once she trusts you, she is full of love and wants to follow you around and be a helper! She is quiet and thoughtful, and enjoys observing what's going on around her. We have not seen Sally around kids, but feel she would due best with only older, dog-savvy children. She is good with kitties. She is very smart and learns quickly, and does well on leash. Sally has been fostered outdoors, so we are not certain if she is house trained - but we are confident she would pick it up quickly. :) She loves toys and chews, and likes being cozy in her bed. She has a very soft coat and beautiful golden eyes. Sally is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped, and she's ready for a forever family to call her own!
