Sally is a 2-year-old, female chihuahua mix. She is a friendly but submissive dog. Most often, you will see her with her ears pinned and a submissive smile. She likes to be held often and always. She snuggles underneath your neck. She is okay with polite dogs and is reported to be fine with cats too. Her foster left several great notes about her personality and likes-dislikes in her folder.
