Meet Salsa
Don’t let her name fool you!!! Salsa is a quiet, sweet, loving girl. She loves to be around her human and will give you a soft little kiss. She is more on the lower energy side and is good in a crate. She is good in a car and on a leash. She really is a perfect, gentle girl.
Salsa was pulled by WUWF from the euthanasia list at BARC. Poor thing was found with a gash on her head and a bump where we can only imagine someone hit her over the head with something. Even after all this, she absolutely adores humans. They are truly her favorite.
Salsa would probably be happier as an only pet. She really enjoys human companions over the four legged ones!
She would probably be ok with a dog that is a senior or low energy. She is good with most dogs, but would prefer a calmer fur friend.
Salsa is on the smaller side of a lab mix weighing 40 pounds. She is approximately six years old and located in Houston, Texas. Transport is available to most states with a fee.
