Sandy

Sandy is a doll! This sweet and playful Cairn terrier mix loves to play with her dog siblings. Once she's worn out from playing, she'll come sit on your lap and rest. She is timid at first, moreso with men, but warms up fairly quickly. This girl came to us very underweight but has been putting on weight every day. She has been around young children with no issues. Sandy is just learning the doggy door and has only had few accidents in the home; she goes potty as soon as you let her outside. She has been sleeping in a crate at night and only whined when her crate was in a different room. We haven't heard her bark too much, but she will do so to get your attention. She also enjoys getting brushed and tolerated nail clipping well. She would do well in a home that has another playmate or with an active family looking for a loving companion.
