Santa Paws

Santa Paws is an adorable 5 year old beagle that has a lot to say about telling you why he should be adopted!! This fun, active, mischievous guy is all beagle!! He’s a loving petite dog that you will adore! Santa Paws weighs 22 pounds and he’s up for daily walks, adventures, or snuggles on the couch. He reacts positively to other dogs here at the shelter as well Santa Paws is heartworm positive and has received his first treatment. He will need to be brought back to FAPL to receive his next treatment, at no additional cost to the adopter. Staff will be happy to answer any further questions on his treatment. *If you visit the shelter and don’t see the particular animal you are looking for, please ask at the front desk. No appointment is necessary to adopt. Our business hours are 11am - 4:30pm, Tuesday through Sunday. Adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications will not be accepted in advance. If you have dogs and/or kids in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are dewormed, microchipped, and spayed or neutered. Dogs 7 months and older are heartworm tested.
