Hi, I’m Sarge! I’m a 6-month-old Bluetick Coonhound mix. I’m about 35/40 pounds right now, but I’ll probably grow to around 70 pounds when I’m full-grown. I’m a happy-go-lucky boy with a heart full of love, and I’m ready to find my forever family, I’m already here in New Hampshire! I came all the way from a kill shelter down south, and now I’m enjoying every moment of this new chapter. I absolutely love meeting new people and other dogs, I’d really like to have a furry sibling to play with! I’m on the submissive side with other pups, so I get along great with all of the ones I have met. While I haven’t met any cats yet, my calm demeanor suggests I’d do just fine with them too. I’m a smart cookie and already learning how to be a good boy. I walk wonderfully on a leash and love hanging out on the couch, it’s just so comfy! When I’m not lounging, I enjoy running around outside, so a yard or plenty of walks would make me so happy. I’m crate-trained and do well with my bathroom schedule as long as it’s structured. Since im still young I’m still learning, but I promise I’ll get the hang of it quickly!
