Sergio

My name is Sergio, I'm a male Yorkie born in 2019. I'll only be adopted to a home in Hanover County, the Richmond, VA metro area, or counties surrounding Hanover. I was surrendered through no fault of my own because of family issues. I'm playful, affectionate, funny, and active. My previous owner says I'm iffy with larger dogs, but mostly okay with small dogs. So far at Hanover Humane, we haven't seen any reactivity with other dogs, but the dogs we have right now are on the calmer side. I'm a typical Yorkie, and I have lots of energy and like to run around, jump in laps and give kisses. I'm confused about why I'm here and I desperately want to be in a home where I can be the center of attention and give lots of love in return. I do tend to be vocal and like my opinions to be known, so I might not be the best fit for an apartment situation. I'm neutered and up to date on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccines. I've also tested negative for heartworms and been put on heartworm preventative.
