Hi! My name is Shasta and I'm a stunning 3 year old German Shepherd/Collie mix. I'm about 65 lbs, and the sweetest girl in the world! At least that's what my foster mom says. I could stand to gain a few pounds still, so that's something to know if you're looking into adopting me. I get along well with other dogs, and while the resident cat hasn't been brave enough to get super close to me, every time I see him I wag my tail and hope he lets me sniff him! I don't think I'd have any issues with cats at all. I haven't met any kids, but I have loved every single person I've met so far. I walk really nicely on a leash, and I'm crate trained and house trained. I love to sleep in my crate when I'm home alone, but when my people are around, you can find me snuggled up on the couch snoozing away. I'm the perfect mix of couch potato and adventure girl, and I do really well in the car. I also am so gentle when taking treats or snacks. I'm just an all around good girl looking for her furever! While I'm super easy going, it would be helpful to have breed specific knowledge, my activity needs may increase as I decompress into my new life.
