MEET SHILOH! This sweet and happy girl was running along the highway.. she was a hot mess! We shaved all her mats off and we didn't realize she had 2 huge ingenual hernias the size of an orange and she had 2 mammary gland tumors and needed to be spayed! She deserved the vet care that she was denied by her crappy owners. She has had her surgeries and is on the mend and looking for a new, wonderful life! Shiloh is Shih Tzu blend and is about 10 years old and weighs about 13lbs. This sweet girl has never met a stranger and is a happy, lover of life and she deserved our help!
