Meet Shiner, a gorgeous cattle dog mix with the sweetest disposition. Shiner is the sweetest, most well-behaved pup that his foster has ever come across. He is gentle, respectful, low-maintenance, and super loving. Shiner doesn’t ask for much and will happily accompany you as you go about your daily life. He loves attention and affection, but he is not demanding. Shiner is quiet pup who is happy to chill out for most of the day. He does have his moment of play, but he has a truly calm and content personality. He is extremely adaptable and would be a great dog to take with you to events, eateries, bars, or anything that you would like to take him to! He is curious and loves to explore on his walks. Shiner’s personality is perfect for a family home. He currently lives with 2 kiddos under 10 years old and he is excellent with them. He is respectful of their space and lets them cuddle and play with him. He is also great with horses! Shiner loves other dogs. His whole demeanour changes and he becomes as playful as the puppy that he is! Shiner is potty trained and sleeps through the night in his crate. His foster family trust him to free roam during the hours that they are away from home, and he is perfectly behaved. He accepts bathtime without protest and rarely barks. He is fantastic on leash too! He knows commands such as sit, lay down, stay etc. and will stay with you on the lead. Shiner is around 5 months old and weighs 35 lbs.
