Meet Sibby! Sibby is a 4 (ish) year old Frenchie that was dumped at the shelter after enduring so much. She was nothing but skin and bones and struggled to gain any weight. We ran every test the vet could come up with and even sent bloodwork to A&M to find the cause of her condition. The result- she was simply abused and not fed for an extended period of time. She has had many litters in her short life and was most likely the result of a backyard breeder that was only using her to produce puppies. Even further, her front leg was broken at some point and she never received treatment, so she walks with a limp. Now, Sibby is thriving. Despite her past, she loves everyone and everything. She gets along great with dogs, cats, kids, chickens, and any other animal that she resides with. Sibby is all about mealtime, given her past, and will do anything for a treat. She particularly loves people. Adopters must be willing to hold her like a baby and rub her stomach while she snorts. She's also a serial killer of ping pong balls and requires an endless supply at her disposal. She sleeps well in a crate all night long and runs straight for the door in the morning to potty. She's done well potty training during the day, but may need a little help since she never learned as a puppy. Sibby is an absolute love bug and deserves the very best forever home after everything she has been through. She's worth it! Thank you for choosing to rescue! ----------------------PLEASE READ------------------------------- Our dogs are fostered in Texas but available for adoption in Colorado and the Pacific North West stops in - Ogden UT, Brigham City UT, Lacey WA, Seattle WA, Portland OR, Fort Lupton CO, Boise ID, Twin Falls ID, Cheyenne WY, Manahawkin NJ and Ocean City NJ. These dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. Our out of state adoption fee is $550 for adults and $650 for puppies. This fee includes: Age-appropriate vaccinations, up to date heart-worm and flea preventative, heart-worm test if over 6 months, microchip with registration, health certificate, and transport costs. As a Saving Hope direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc). The adoption application and fee would be finalized prior to transport.
