My Story

Sinatra is a handsome one-year old male (possible) Shepherd/Husky mix who was brought to the HSOV on February 22, 2025 by a Good Samaritan who found him near the Eramet facility (State Route 7 South/Blue Knob Road). Sinatra was not wearing a collar, and he was not microchipped. This good-looking young man has a dark brown/brindle short smooth coat with a large patch of white on his chest, white paws, a long tail, and an adorable (rather mischievous-looking) face with a slender muzzle, a narrow white stripe on his muzzle/forehead, and large erect ears. Sinatra's left eye is blue and his right eye is brown which gives him a very distinctive appearance. Sinatra is a friendly boy who is full of playful puppy-like energy. He was happy to spend time in the lobby of our shelter late in the afternoon on February 23rd with HSOV Kennel Tech Emily Beaver who treated him to fun-and-games (and 'good boy' treats). Sinatra weighs 60 lbs. In compliance with the Ohio Revised Code, Sinatra will be held for three days so that his family will have an opportunity to reclaim him with proof of ownership.
