Slick Rick

ID 57830592 Meet Slick Rick! This handsome fella with the golden coat of about 2 yrs of age, is definitely a hodge podge mix of breeds. He came to the shelter as a stray. He is medium sized with a fun personality and ready to share that fun with a new human best friend. Rick enjoys time fetching with a tennis ball and will even entertain himself with one if left to his own devices. He will release for a yummy treat and also knows sit, which adds some training to his play time. This guy will happily romp around in the yard and show you his higher energy side but will settle for some love and rewarding pets of praise. We found that he needs a slower introduction to new dogs, and will have to see how his energy style does with a resident dog in a home. He may prefer lower energy dogs to settle him down, or, give him the chance to be the more bouncy player. This is why we always require a meet and greet with any other dog.
