My Story

Meet Snooper, a charming Jack Russell/West Highland Terrier mix who weighs around 25 pounds. This well-mannered gentleman originally found his way to Polka Dogz a few years ago, but life has brought him back after his beloved humans moved into assisted living and could no longer care for him. Now, Snooper is ready to find his new forever home. Snooper is the ultimate snuggle buddy who adores lounging by your side or relaxing at your feet. While he's not particularly interested in toys or balls, he lights up at the mention of a walk. He's excellent on a leash, house-trained, and absolutely loves rolling on his back for tummy and ear rubs. A fenced yard is a dream come true for Snooper, who enjoys sniffing, snooping, and chasing squirrels to his heart's content. His previous family took him to the dog park, where he did well with most dogs, though he's selective about his canine friends. He's also great with older kids and may do well with younger ones too. Snooper is a healthy boy who only needs his monthly heartworm, flea, and tick prevention. If you're looking for a sweet, loyal companion to share adventures and cozy nights with, Snooper is ready to be your faithful sidekick! PLEASE NOTE: All your current pets must be spayed/neutered, vaccinated and on heartworm prevention to adopt from Polka Dogz. We only adopt in Florida. All adoption fees go to help all the dogs in the rescue, some of which require extensive medical care. Thank you for caring for the greater good. Adoption fee is $350 and you can adopt me at www.polkadogz.org.
