Say hello to Sophie!! This sleek, shiny female shepherd mix is approximately three years and 43 lbs. Sophie is a bit skinny and needs a healthy source of groceries to add a little weight. She’s had puppies in her past and she’s relieved to have those days behind her. She slightly apprehensive but very sweet when allowed to go at her pace. We think that someone that lets her decompress and settle in will have an incredible, loyal friend. She walked very well on leash and really got excited about the bag of treats …..Which will come in very handy for training. Come meet this black beauty with the prettiest brown eyes. We serve a large area and finding great homes for the animals that come into our care is our priority. Our regular adoption hours are Tues-Sat, 1-4PM, We do adoptions first come first serve so we recommend coming at the start of adoptions if you are serious about a specific pet. If you are planning to adopt a dog and already own a dog(s), please bring with you and our trained staff will facilitate dog to dog meet and greet.
