The Spice Girl pups are ready to rock your world! Meet the Spice Girl litter - Posh, Sporty, Baby and Ginger Spice! These little ladies are about 5 1/2 months old, and we are guessing they are some sort of Lab mix. As of 12/23/24, Sporty Spice weighs 19 pounds. We are expecting these pups to be about 50-60 pounds once they are fully grown! These Spice Girls were found after they had been dumped in a ditch in the woods. We are so happy we found them and were able to rescue them. We're happy to report they are social, sweet, happy and healthy and ready to find their forever families! These pups are ready to tell you what they want, what they really, really want.... and that's a loving home to call their own! Her new foster mom shares "We’ve been fostering 'Sporty' and it’s been an absolute joy! She’s heart meltingly cute, sweet and loves nothing more than cuddling on the couch the most; always wiggling her way into just the right spot for maximum coziness! Her curious eyes light up whenever she has a chance to learn something new, and she’s already picking up basic commands. Potty training is going smoothly too—she’s definitely on the fast track. When she’s not soaking up affection, she’s busy romping around with my own dog! She seems to love kids and dogs of all sizes too! There’s something so endearing about the way she wags her tail, rolls over and raises a paw to ask for pets that let’s our hearts every single time! This gal is a gem!" It is most likely that both their parents were strays and even if not, mixes of some sort and that their grandparents were mixes as well. The dog may have some genetic material of an American Staffordshire Terrier (pit bull). The dogs are usually mixes of many breeds, making them a breed all their own - a True and adorable American MUTT. If you are interested in this dog, you must submit an application. Great Dog is not a shelter so there is no building you can visit. Our dogs live in private foster homes until adopted.
