Are you looking for a fun-loving, friendly companion? Look no further, because here I am! My name is Squirt, and my friends describe me as a very affectionate dog who gives great hugs and kisses. I am a retired field trial racer, often known as a lurcher greyhound. If you want to be technical about it, I am part greyhound, part Labrador. My littermates Gracie and Grady, who were adopted out through Prison Greyhounds also, tell me that we are what you call an "oops" litter! I am an expert-level cuddler, and love to put my paws up on your shoulder to give hugs. I also love giving big kisses, all over your face if you'll let me. I instantly love everyone I meet, whether they are human or canine. If you're a person, I'll try to jump up and say hi. If you're another dog, I'll play-bow and wag my tell to see if you want to be friends. What I want most is someone who will love me and appreciate my high-energy playfulness. I am great with kids and other dogs, and I'm even cat-safe! My biggest challenge is my leash manners - they say I have none! I am strong and like to pull, and I get very excited to be going somewhere, so I jump as well. But that is something I can work on with my adopters. I would love to meet you - apply to adopt me today!
