Spunky Stella is a high-energy rat terrier girl who steals hearts wherever she goes. This one-year-old dynamo weighs around 14 pounds, and she is lean, muscular, and ready for action. If her foster family didn't know any better, they'd think she was part kangaroo, with the ability to leap high and far in a single bound. She loves running and walking with her foster mom, but she sniffs and chases squirrels just as much and can be highly distracted on leash walks. Stella can be shy with new people, but she quickly warms up to them. And when it's time to settle down, she will happily curl up for a snuggle next to her people or fur brothers.
Stella is house- and crate-trained and rides great in the car.
