Hi! I’m Sterling! I’m an 8-month-old bundle of energy, weighing 55 pounds. I’m cream-colored and have the most adorable puppy face. (Trust me, you’ll be smitten!) I’m still a young pup, and I need plenty of playtime and exercise to burn off my puppy energy. I’d love a dog sibling who can keep up with me! I’m a pretty smart guy! I know how to sit and come, especially if there’s a treat involved. I’m working on not getting all tangled up in my leash when we go for walks. I do not pull, though! I’m all about those walks...sometimes I just get distracted by everything—like squirrels, leaves, or a particularly interesting smell. I LOVE chewing on bones, wrestling with my goofy dog cousin, and playing with treat balls. Car rides? Yes please. Just a heads-up, I’m not the best around tiny kids or anyone who might get knocked over in my excitement. I’m house-trained and crate-trained, though I do have a little bit of puppy drama when it comes to settling in my crate. I might whine a bit at first (hey, I’m still learning), but I settle down and sleep like a champ once I realize I’m not getting out until morning.
