Hi! I'm Steve! I'm an approximately 3-year-old, Hound/Great Pyr mix who weighs about 95 lbs. I was surrendered to the shelter on 12/24/2024 since sadly, my owner's health started to decline, and they were unable to continue taking care of me. So now I am available for adoption and can't wait to find a family to love again. I am a very sweet boy who loves his people. I am a giant boy but I am the gentlest dog you will ever meet. I am good with other dogs, and kids of all ages. I am not terrible with cats just as long as they like being admired from a distance. I am hoping to find a home who already has a furry friend as I enjoy the companionship of other animals. I am house broken and crate trained. I walk well on a leash and would love a family that will take me for walks and play with me. We can also relax while watching Netflix. I am game for both! My adoption fee is $125. I am neutered, microchipped, current on my rabies vaccination, basic boosters, and heartworm negative. Meet and greets will be scheduled by approved online application. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.
