Sunshine

Sunshine is a Great Dane weighing in at 127 lbs. This gentle giant has some weight to gain but is a great eater! Sunshine is about 3-years-old. A fun loving lady, Sunshine loves plush toys and running zoomies. She is friendly with other dogs. Sunshine's flaw is she is a nervous pup. She prefers woman over men. We have not seen any aggression from her, she throws herself to the ground when scared. We are looking for a quiet home to help build her confidence. Sunshine will not do well in a busy household with lots of visitors. Sunshine is not yet spayed and we will be doing that and Gastropexy surgery. Her adoption fee will be $800. We have seen Sunshine bond with "her people" and know in the right home she will blossom! She does the Great Dane lean and trusts the people in her inner circle. This stunner is super smart and knows lots of tricks already! We love Sunshine and we know the right home will love her right back. We do NOT respond to PetFinder inquires; we only respond to emails sent to [email protected] regarding adoption inquires. We never know how quickly a pet will be adopted. Therefore, if you are interested in a pet but want to see them during our shelter open hours prior to filling out an application, we strongly recommend that you email us at [email protected] before visiting the shelter to ensure they are still there. Open hours are Wednesdays 1:30-6pm, Saturdays, and Sundays 10am-2pm for you to come view our adoptable pets. You can apply for animal at the shelter during our open hours or online by emailing [email protected] and asking for an application. Adoption fees allow our non-profit to continue to help pets in need. Meet and greets with animals are scheduled after applications have been processed and we’ve determined you are the best fit. We do not operate on a first come, first served basis.
