My Story

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Sutton was found running around Arkansas alone and scared! She is still learning to trust people and learning how to play. Sutton is comfortable in her home now but is very attached to me and my other foster dog. She will follow us around but does not explore on her own. She needs a lot of training. She does not like people coming to the house and barks somewhat aggressively. She doesn't bite but will retreat into the corner and continue to bark if they approach her. She is terrified of the crate and leash so she is not crate trained, nor can she walk on a leash without a struggle. She is mostly potty trained but still has issues overnight. She suffers from separation anxiety and becomes quite vocal if left alone, even if I go to another room in the house without her. She loves to play but doesn't entertain herself so she really needs to be in a home with another dog. apply at projecthopearf.org
