Sylvia

Sylvia was recently rescued from a puppy mill and is seeking a loving home. She is a laid back 5-year-old cocker spaniel who was likely crated all her life. She is slightly overweight at 28lbs with a healthy weight estimated to be between 20-25 lbs. She recently had an eye removed, but this has not significantly affected her. She will walk outside with her foster or follow one of the dogs closely. She walks very well on a leash. Sylvia is quiet, cuddly, almost completely potty trained, and very sweet. She loves dogs (she is being fostered two overly friendly golden retrievers and a mean chihuahua) and does not seem to mind cats. Although she initially arrived fearful of all humans, she is coming out of her shell more each day. She would thrive in a home patient adopters who can continue working with her to build her confidence. She is fully vetted and ready to find a special forever home.
