Say Hello to Tanner! This 5 year-old male just loves people. He gives lots of tail wags and jumps a bit for hugs. He is on the light side for a Golden male at 72 lbs. He transitioned from a local shelter without a hitch. Although restrained, he sat up on his car ride to our vet, looked over the driver’s shoulder, and tried to sneak in ear kisses. He walks nicely with just a collar, but we may add a harness for address occasional pulling and jumping. He wasn’t too sure about catching, fetching or playing with toys. This could just be nervousness in a new environment. He had lots of love and energy to share, but settled down nicely too. And talk about good looks! Tanner would love a foster or permanent home.
