We have 2 Terrier mix puppies who are looking for new homes. They came to the shelter due to the large scale surrender last week. We think the puppies are around 10-11 weeks old. These puppies are not socialized and are likely a product from a puppy mill situation. They will need a home that has the patience and understanding to work with them and give them the time they need to decompress and work into becoming a dog. They are not house-trained or leash trained, and we do not know if they have or ever been around cats or small children.

***Our adoption process is done in two steps . Your first trip to the shelter will include visiting with the animal and if you choose to do an adoption, all the paperwork will be completed at this time and the adoption will be paid for. The second trip will be to pick the animal up once it is spayed or neutered, micro chipped etc and ready to go home. All of our animals are spayed/neutered BEFORE they leave the shelter. Because of our strict return policy if an adopter cannot keep an adopted pet, adoptions to homes more than 100 miles away will be considered on a case by case basis.
