Allow us to introduce you to our sweet senior German Shepherd, Tibu. He’s at a stage in life where he needs someone special to care for him. Tibu is truly a gentle soul—friendly, playful, and young at heart. He gets along wonderfully with larger dogs, reminding us that age is just a number. Tibu does have a chronic eye condition called Pannus. This condition causes new blood vessels and scar tissue to grow on the cornea, the clear front layer of his eye. While there is currently no cure for Pannus, the good news is that it can be managed with appropriate treatment to help preserve his vision. Despite this challenge, Tibu can still see well enough to chase tennis balls, and he absolutely loves to play! He gets along with other dogs and is happy to play with them. This remarkable boy still has good years ahead of him and deserves a loving home where he can thrive.
