This 7 year old Chihuahua mix is still a puppy at heart. A bit cautious when meeting new people, she takes a few moments to warm up. She walks well on a leash and is all right meeting other respectful dogs. Tina’s looking for her person and would do best in a home with children 10 or older. Cats and dogs are OK too! Are you this delightful pup’s new person? If you have previously submitted an application form, there is no need to re-apply. Just let us know you're interested in this dog. We do our best to match families and dogs so everyone is pleased and the placement is permanent. We reserve the right to refuse an applicant if the home situation is incompatible with the needs of the rescue dog. Rescue is about doing our best for the dog. We do home and reference checks. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and are up to date with current vaccinations, before being placed in their forever homes. FOSTER HOMES NEEDED! We are always looking for good foster homes. Our rescue is foster based and we can always save more dogs if we have foster homes for them to go into. It is not a long term commitment. We have been able to find good forever homes in a short time. We also welcome volunteers who can help transport dogs and help with our outreach and fund raising efforts.
