Tobie- Currently enrolled in Making Pawsitive Changes Prison Program

Tobie is currently enrolled in our Making Pawsitive Changes Prison Program at the Kinross Correctional Facility. He will receive 6 weeks of basic manners training and will be ready to adopt toward the middle of February. He has done a 180 since coming to us and being enrolled in our Prison Training Program. Toby carries his tail high, loves being indoors, plays with toys, and other dogs!
