Meet me at the mobile adoption event on Saturday, February 8th at Woodlands Pet Food & Treats Greenbrae from 12-3pm (unless adopted before 3pm). An onsite sign-in sheet will open one hour before the event. Toby is a spirited little Chihuahua best bud that has a sweet demeanor and is just so grateful to be given a second chance. He appears to love new people and is respectful when meeting dogs as well. He would love to be your date and companion on lots of fun social outings.
