Are you in need of a sweet little confection? Meet Toffy, a 2-year-old Chihuahua mix who is just as sweet as his name implies. Just one look at this chocolate coated guy and we guarantee you’ll fall in love (and if his puppy-dog eyes don’t charm you, his expressive ears certainly will). This darling boy can be a little shy upon first meeting, but once he warms up to you, he is an absolute lapdog. He is especially confident with a friend by his side, and we hear he has a thing for older ladies. He’s been seen around the shelter cozying up to his favorite girl Lizzi and the two are an absolute delight together. He’d be great in a house with another small dog, and he’ll make a loyal companion for whoever is lucky enough to have him.
