Tulsa

Tulsa is a 6 year old female. She weighs 48 lbs. She is a Portuguese Water Dog mix. She wants affection but is scared of fast movements. Children should be old enough to know when to give her space. She does not want to walk on a leash, but she does let you pick her up (not ideal with her weight but it works for now). She will only be placed in a home with another dog. Having another dog will help her open up and try new experiences. She did fine meeting a cat. ** Please note, a Petfinder inquiry is NOT an adoption application.
