My Story

Please READ entire bio before inquiring on this sweet animal. Due to our large volume of mails we receive daily any email sent without proper information requested will NOT be returned. Please verify you have read the entire bio. Meet Tummy Tickler! He is 3 months old. He has a lot of energy and loves to play! He is a goofyl guy! He is looking for his forever home. Could it be with you? If you are interested in meeting this sweetheart, please provide the following required information: Your vet’s name and number, your current pet(s) names and if you plan on doing obedience training. When we call your vet and if your pet(s) are not up to date on vaccines, and spayed/neutered we will not be able to adopt to you. Once approved, we will set up a meet and greet with the animal to ensure a good fit. We do not adopt on the spot, and our animals are not on a first come, first serve basis. Please do not inquire on an adoptable animal if you are leaving on a vacation or are not wanting an animal for months and want us to hold the animal for you. We ONLY show dogs at our events that have been properly approved by administration and have APPOINTMENTS! NO EXCEPTIONS! Adoption fee: $450.00. $50 returned when neutered. If you have provided all the necessary information an appointment will be set up with you at Tractor Supply in Washington Twp. We only accept cash or check payments for our adoptions. Thank you. Their address is: Tractor Supply Co. 66143 Van Dyke Ave. Washington Township, MI 48095 Fido and Fluffy's Rescue, Inc. is a 501(c)3 rescue dedicated to re-homing abandoned animals from throughout the Mid West and Puerto Rico. Therefore, we can’t guarantee the dog’s breed or predict the full grown size or weight. We do our best to answer questions in a timely manner; however, some answers are unknown because we don’t know. Although we usually deal with dogs and concentrate on rescuing chihuahuas, we are also able to take in cats, rabbits, reptiles, and other small animals from time to time. All of our animals are seen by a veterinarian where they receive a wellness exam, age appropriate vaccines, are heartworm tested (treated if necessary) have a fecal check (treated if necessary), before going to their fur-ever homes. Most of our dogs have come from the streets, previous neglect and abusive situations, or we have no background information at all. The breed(s) listed for the adoptable animal is a guess. We can not guarantee the breed of the dog listed especially if it is a puppy it could grow up to be a variety of breeds or grow up to be a weight way over or under our guess. If you are looking for a particular breed it is best to adopt an adult animal so we can better tell what breed(s) it is. Please be aware that we are primarily a small dog rescue and our dogs may not be potty trained. If you are looking for a small perfectly potty trained dog we can not guarantee it. Sometimes there is a lot of work needed to put into the rescue companion but it is so worth it! Fido and Fluffy is a 100% volunteer foster based rescue. We don’t have a facility or any paid employees. All our adoptable dogs are in foster homes. We adopt dogs by appointment only at the Washington Twp., Tractor Supply store. Thank you for your support and understanding. Respectfully, Fido & Fluffy's Rescue, Inc
