My Story

How this pet arrived: Tundra was brought in by a community member on January 7, 2025. Why this pet is the one for you:Brrrr... meet Tundra! Don't be surprised if this beauty gives you the cold shoulder at first. It can take her a little bit of time to warm up to new things but with time, patience, and plenty of yummy treats, she is sure to show you her true delightful personality. She thrives in a calm, quiet environment and is looking for a home without other dogs or young children. Tundra has some resource guarding tendencies around other dogs, so she is not suitable for dog parks or other off-leash environments. She is treat motivated, which makes training and building trust a rewarding experience. Once she feels comfortable, Tundra enjoys being pet and may even crawl onto your lap for some extra affection. With the right family who can give her the time and space to blossom, we expect Tundra will be a loyal and loving companion. Think Tundra might be the one for you? Then come meet Tundra today! At SDHS:Tundra has been vaccinated, microchipped and spayed. She is now ready for her new home! Shy/Fearful Dog: This pet requires a virtual behavior consult, please watch THIS video to learn more about them. Primary Color: Chocolate Merle Weight: 30.4lbs Age: 1yrs 0mths 1wks Animal has been Spayed
