Ty

This sweet girl is an approximately 7 year old shepherd collie mix who hails from the Desert Hot Springs area, where she was picked up as a stray and had been at the local shelter for 7 months. Normally a happy and smiley girl, the volunteers at the shelter noticed she was "losing her sparkle" and found a place for her at Lily’s. So far Ty has been a love with everyone — humans and dogs alike. Her adorable smile and peppy ears have charmed us all here at the sanctuary. Ty walks well on leash, rides well in the car and seems to know her basic commands. Ty is house trained and while she is always ready to go on an adventure, she is just as happy curled up on the couch next to humans. She readily doles out kisses and seeks human affection. Despite the changes in her world, Ty remains trusting and loving. Ty is ready to find a family to call her own!
