Your heart is going to burst when you meet 2 year old Valentina! She’s a robust, incredibly sweet gal, loving to people and other dogs, too! Valentina arrived from the Bissell Foundation in assisting animals from shelters affected by Hurricane Milton and now ready for YOU!! Valentina is a fun, friendly, 72 pound terrier/pittie mix that you are going to adore! Great on pack walks!! She's quite the entertaining gal! *If you visit the shelter and don’t see the particular animal you are looking for, please ask at the front desk. No appointment is necessary to adopt. Our business hours are 11am - 4:30pm, Tuesday through Sunday. Adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications will not be accepted in advance. If you have dogs and/or kids in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are dewormed, microchipped, and spayed or neutered. Dogs 7 months and older are heartworm tested.
