Vegan

7-year-old Vegan was found as a stray one year after he was adopted from a Texas shelter. His family had abandoned him on the street and refused to take him back. He became very anxious and fearful in the shelter, and it has taken him some time to recover from the trauma. Vegan has been in foster care for nearly 4 months and has grown into a laid back, well-mannered companion. He is very affectionate with people and gets along well with other dogs. He is house trained, good in the crate (no separation anxiety), and walks well on leash. Vegan is fostered in Glastonbury, CT, and is available for adoption anywhere in the US as long as the adopter is willing/able to travel to Glastonbury or NYC to meet and adopt him.
