Great with children. Cats unknown. He is a happy playful puppy. A little shy at first but warms up quickly. Gives hugs. Super sweet boy. Crate and housetrained. Good on car rides. Waffle was found abandoned on the streets with his mom and 3 siblings. Adopters should have the following: Single family home with fenced yard and preferably another pup to play and socialize with.
