Hello, my name is: Wallace DOB: 6/4/2024 Sex/Breed: Neutered male Beagle/Rottie mix (best guess) Weight: ~40 lbs Rescued From: Overcrowded shelter One-eyed Wally is ready to lay eye on his forever family! This sweet puppy has so much potential and promises to be a devoted companion. He showed up at an overcrowded shelter with an injured eye that could not be saved. It took him some time to adjust to his limited vision, but his foster family has done an amazing job helping him adjust. He still has some learning to do, but he is very food motivated and eager to please. He will eaily sit for a treat and even wait for his food at mealtime. His depth perception is still a little off, but he continues to adjust as time goes on. Wallace loves to play with his doggy pals in foster! He'd love to have a canine brother or sister to learn from (and that likes to share because he seems to always want the toy that another dog has only because they have it). Having a big fenced in backyard would be a bonus, but he is also learning his manners on leash pretty well. Wallace is sweet, friendly, and so much fun!
