However, Wardy has proven that labels can be deceiving—he’s far from fearful! In fact, he’s a social butterfly who adores meeting new people and quickly charms everyone with his sweet personality.
Wardy is an outdoor enthusiast and absolutely loves going for walks, where he eagerly explores his surroundings. He’s also a perfect travel companion, riding calmly and happily in the car. When it comes to canine friendships, Wardy is a superstar! He’s incredibly dog-friendly and would make a wonderful second dog, whether your current pup is big or small.
With his striking red brindle coat and unique long, low, and stocky build, Wardy is truly one of a kind. At just 16 pounds, he’s a compact little package of love and energy. Despite his tough start, Wardy is embracing his second chance with enthusiasm. He’s about 1.5 years young, brimming with potential, and eager to learn. He’s currently working on house training and making great progress, thanks to his eagerness to please and food-motivated nature.

If deemed a good fit, the foster parent will reach out to schedule a meet-and-greet or seek additional information.
In the event your application isn't accepted or might be a better fit for another dog, we will provide feedback and suggest alternative matches. Your application remains active for 90 days, allowing consideration for other dogs in our care. Simply email us if there is another dog you would like your application to be applied to.

All our dogs undergo comprehensive vetting, including spaying/neutering, microchipping, DHPP, flea treatment, deworming, and Rabies vaccinations. Additional vet care is provided as needed based on their requirements. The adoption fee for this dog is $300 serving as a non-refundable donation. Adoption fees may vary based on factors such as vetting costs, transport, and age.
