Whiskey

Meet Whiskey! He’s a 1 year old terrier mix, full of so much love. He’s a timid boy, but once he gets to know you, he’s a ‘Velcro dog’ who will always be in the room with you. He loves other dogs, especially after getting to know them, and it’s safe to say he’d love a sibling. One of his favorite hobbies is playing tug-a-war with his best friend, Finn! He hasn’t been exposed to cats or kids yet, but I can confidently say I think he’d do great with them. He is weary of men and needs slow intros. Using treats and patience are key. He’s still unsure about being picked up, but loves a good belly rub. He is potty trained, but would do better in a home where he’d have full time access to go potty! He’s not a fan of pooping while leashed. He uses a grass pad on my balcony and that’s been working for him. His new favorite thing is going on walks, as he is recently leashed trained. I think he could definitely open up to being a great hiking companion. He loves chewing on his Nylabone and playing with his lampchop toy. I believe he could definitely thrive in an apartment setting, as he is in one now. He’s a pretty flexible dude, and with a solid routine and some time to get know his humans, he’d could be happy nearly anywhere ??
